Apart from wisdom teeth, canines and second molars can also remain impacted when they cannot find a suitable eruption position. First of all, it should be aimed to maintain these teeth with the help of braces, but the teeth that cannot be sustained due to their position should be surgically extracted. While impacted teeth that are not pulled out cause cyst formation, they also damage other existing teeth in the mouth.
